Muskoka Wharf is an 89 acre celebration of our heritage and history and a forward thinking approach to our future. An icon today and from days gone by this site is a reclamation of former industrial land and is now a destination for people from all over.

Muskoka Wharf was once home to many lumber and boat building industries and was also the entry point to the lakes. The train would arrive three times a day with passengers looking for a respite, a new life and a new adventure. The trains would arrive at Muskoka Wharf and passengers and luggage would be loaded onto the appropriate steamship and sail smoothly off for their destination.

Today the Wharf is a location for great retail adventures, mouth watering dining experiences, amazing events, relaxation and tranquility and a gateway to our past. Thousands flock to the shore of Lake Muskoka each year and reconnect with Muskoka's timeless beauty.
